JGA Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing organization in search of an HR Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to spearhead their recruitment, learning and development, and equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement a recruitment strategy to align with project deadlines for increased staffing needs.
2. Supervise the transition process for employees relocating to the new site.
3. Partner with senior HR leadership to develop the employee value proposition for attracting external talent.
4. Incorporate the UK’s equality, diversity, and inclusion principles into recruitment practices to achieve balanced gender representation.
5. Engage with educational institutions and attend recruitment events to source potential candidates.
6. Collaborate with the Capability Team to design training programs for new hires and internal transfers.
7. Work alongside the Capability Team to introduce innovative operational methods as the facility reaches optimal capacity.
8. Coordinate with internal recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
