Job Title: Graduate HR and Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at Trek Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in a HR degree/master to start their career in a fast-paced environment. As a Graduate HR and Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing HR support to departmental managers and supervisors, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to departmental managers and supervisors, helping them navigate day-to-day HR issues smoothly.
  • Manage payroll processes, including timesheets, overtime calculations, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain payroll records with precision.
  • Play a key role in arranging and being part of interviews, taking notes, and guiding managers through disciplinary processes.
  • Keep track of absences and maintain an accurate database, ensuring fair treatment across the board.
  • Prepare weekly KPI reports to help the team stay on top of goals.
Requirements:
  • HR & Payroll Expertise: Ideally, you will have a Human Resource Management qualification, like CIPD Level 3/5/7, and want to learn more like payroll.
