About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager at Prescott's, Inc, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our products and services, and providing solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Manage and grow sales within assigned territory through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and services, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Service Delivery: Drive to service calls, sales meetings, and cold calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Commission Earning: Earn commissions on selling refurbished microscopes, parts/accessories, and service agreements.
  • Equipment Inspection: Inspect equipment to identify and diagnose operational problems.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform annual maintenance inspections per OEM specifications and respond to multiple service calls per week.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: At least a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or a related field is a plus.
  • Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with surgical microscopes and related equipment is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
