Job Summary

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth for a leading drinks business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand our presence in the on-trade market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Oversee the London area and effectively manage on-trade groups to maintain and grow business.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure retention and drive repeat business.
  • New Business Development: Identify new opportunities to grow business and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Promote a permanent menu fixture, house pour, and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.

Requirements

  • Passion for Premium On-Trade Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for the on-trade industry and a deep understanding of how to excite consumers through this channel.
  • Business Development Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
