About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Dominic Care Limited. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and enable Service Users with personal care, including washing, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and continence care.
  • Assist Service Users with meal preparation and light domestic duties, such as washing up, bed making, and laundry.
  • Assist Service Users to comply with their prescribed medication and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and respectful individual with excellent communication skills. You will be expected to follow company policies and procedures, as well as Service Users' care plans, and report any concerns or potential risk factors.
