Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to coordinate community nursing teams and ensure effective workload management.
  • Ensure all equipment loans are appropriate and reviewed regularly, promoting efficient and safe care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Empower patients to take an active role in their care planning and delivery, respecting their autonomy and dignity.

Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with current registration with the NMC.
  • Level One Registration with appropriate registration with the NMC as per post requirements.
