Conveyancer Job Opportunity

Kamro Ltd is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in Ashford. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Providing high-quality service to clients and ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Working closely with administrative teams to streamline the process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Relevant qualifications in law or conveyancing are preferred, though experienced, non-qualified candidates will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and client relation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
