Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at LJW Solutions in Ashford, Kent.

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, freehold & leasehold, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets
  • Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision

Requirements:

  • Preferably over 3 PQE
  • Ability to work independently and manage own caseload without supervision
  • Proven track record of billings
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, and enjoyment of client interaction and relationship-building
