Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at LJW Solutions in Ashford, Kent.
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, freehold & leasehold, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work
- Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets
- Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision
Requirements:
- Preferably over 3 PQE
- Ability to work independently and manage own caseload without supervision
- Proven track record of billings
- Enthusiasm, dedication, and enjoyment of client interaction and relationship-building
