Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX or CLC Opportunity

LJW Solutions is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX or CLC to join our team in Ashford, Kent.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion. This includes sales & purchase, freehold & leasehold, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of billings and be able to work independently, managing their own caseload without supervision. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion
  • Process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets
  • Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision
Requirements
  • Preferably over 3 PQE
  • Ability to work independently and manage own caseload without supervision
  • Proven track record of billings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
