We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Lettings Associate to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment London.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months Sales Negotiator experience and a genuine passion for the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering Buyers / Vendors / Landlord / Tenants
  • Identifying client requirements and matching to our property portfolio
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Negotiating between Vendor/Buyer & Landlord/Tenant
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the branch

What We Offer:

  • OTE £28k - 35k+ Commission
  • Quarterly branch reward scheme
  • Call Performance bonus
  • Car allowance £2000 pa (Plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile)
  • 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week)
