About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spirometry Technician to join our team at Healthcare Central London. As a Spirometry Technician, you will be responsible for performing spirometry and FeNO tests to patients across 4 Primary Care Networks in Central London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing spirometry and FeNO tests to patients
  • Ensuring infection control standards are current and consistently met
  • Ordering clinical equipment
  • Liaising with admin team
  • Participating in regular performance reviews with designated line manager
  • Being competent and current in anaphylaxis and resuscitation techniques
  • Being aware of recognizing the need for safeguarding children and adults, raising concerns appropriately
  • Taking responsibility for administration and paperwork arising directly from caseload recordkeeping and other written communications with local GP surgeries as required
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent grade A to C in English and Maths
  • Training and accredited to ARTP standards
  • Experience of dealing with vulnerable patients
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Spirometry performing and interpreting
