Occupational Health Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Technician to join our dynamic team at RPS Group. As an Occupational Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality health surveillance and fitness for work medicals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audiometry and Spirometry testing
  • Skin assessments and Hand Arm Vibration (Tier 1 & 2) testing
  • Fitness for work medicals, including driver and working at height medicals
  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • Venepuncture
  • Wellbeing medicals and health promotion
  • Driving a mobile screening unit nationwide
Requirements:
  • Previous Occupational Health experience, including health surveillance and fitness for work medicals
  • Able to complete overnight stays and extensive travel throughout the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Experience and/or willingness to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Competent IT user (MS Office suite and/or electronic medical records systems)
  • Ability to work autonomously

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, with the option for overtime to take you to around £30,000 per annum. You will also have the opportunity to work flexible hours and enjoy a diverse and inclusive culture.
