Subsea Conversion Program Specialist

The Subsea Conversion Program is a specialized initiative designed to bolster transferable skills and provide experienced professionals from diverse fields the chance to transition into rewarding careers within the energy sector through:

  • site visits to operational vessels and construction locations.
This program has been a launchpad for numerous engineers, enabling them to advance their careers and emerge as leaders within our organization.

With a successful track record in previous years, Subsea7 is excited to reintroduce this program, offering positions in our global offices.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • come from a variety of industries and backgrounds,
  • possess relevant professional experience,
  • are eager to evolve their careers into subsea engineering,
  • and have a minimum of 4 years of experience.
