About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team at TK Elevator UK Ltd. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes and delivering an outstanding experience to our candidates and key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • Design and implement job descriptions and job specifications that accurately reflect the requirements of the role
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and soft skills
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the HR team
  • Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or in a staffing agency
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video interviewing and reference checking
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
