Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are proud to be representing our client, a leading manufacturing business, in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Bridgnorth.

About the Role

The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Investigating equipment failures and recommending improvements
  • Participating in regular reviews with the Engineering & Manufacturing team
  • Integrating technology within new & existing systems
  • Developing and implementing equipment
  • Fault finding on PLC based systems
  • Improving Automotive production cells
  • Reducing repeated failures and creating solutions to drive continuous improvement and minimise machinery downtime

This is a 80% reactive maintenance and 20% proactive role, offering a unique opportunity to drive overall equipment effectiveness.

About Our Client

Our client is a thriving, leading company in their field, offering:

  • Starting salary up to £52,500 D.O.E (£42,000 basic salary + 25% Shift allowance)
  • Fixed Night Shifts (Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am)
