Job Title: Laser Cutter and CNC Machine Field Installation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Installation Engineer to join our team at Talent Finder Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing our range of Laser Cutters and CNC machines at customer sites throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission Laser Cutters and CNC machines at customer sites
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our Laser Cutters and CNC machines
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Contribute to the development of our product range and services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of Laser Cutters and CNC machines
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with a good understanding of component-level fault-finding
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of initiative and ability to think on your feet
  • Desirable: recognised electrical qualification and experience in machinery installations
