Job Title: HR Advisor

Alcumus is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on employment law and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and customer-focused support to clients, including competent HR advice and identifying escalation points as needed.
  • Offer digital HR advice and support, including maintaining and updating legally compliant HR documentation and general HR advice via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Provide legally compliant, pragmatic, and commercial employment options through regular communication with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update online systems to ensure accurate and efficient recording of HR advice given.
  • Upsell additional Evalu-8 features, ancillaries, and HR packages to existing clients.
  • Plan and manage personal capacity in conjunction with the HR Technical Team Manager, aligned with client portfolio expectations.
  • Collaborate with Alcumus teams to develop, grow, and maintain relationships to improve and drive a consistent approach to customers.
  • Work with the HR Technical Team Manager and wider business to identify and work towards opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and employee relations
  • Ability to think and operate in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering first-class service and managing stakeholder relations
  • Experience in customer services via phone call and email support is desirable
