New Home Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Gleeson Development Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Selling new homes to customers, achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
- Meeting with clients, assessing their needs and qualifying them for our homes
- Price negotiation and liaising with interested parties, including clients, solicitors and estate agents
- Providing excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Administration tasks, including market research, competitor analysis and maintaining customer enquiry databases
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in new homes sales or property sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and represent the Gleeson brand
- Self-motivation and determination to achieve sales targets
- Impeccable customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
