Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, ensuring a clean and safe store environment, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including daily cleaning duties and visual merchandising.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and adhering to safety regulations.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
