We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager - Casualty to join our Claims department at Tokio Marine Kiln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our Claims service meets customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of complex claims, working closely with Senior Claims Adjusters and Claims Adjusters to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate conduct risk, ensuring all team members and external service providers understand and adhere to our principles.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, setting objectives and monitoring performance to support the delivery of our Claims Business Plan.
- Collaborate with the Head of Casualty Claims and Claims Management Group to ensure all claims are handled in accordance with the highest professional standards, cost-effectively and meeting relevant SLAs.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience handling and leading international casualty claims in the Lloyd's market, as well as experience managing people or mentoring. Language skills, particularly Spanish, are desirable for this role.
