About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Software Developer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. This is a brand-new position due to growth and will provide an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including AI and propensity modelling.

The successful candidate will be part of a well-established, high-calibre development team and will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C# and React programming languages.
  • Work within an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and technologies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a software development role, with a degree in Computer Science or other STEM subject from a Russell Group University.
  • Proven experience in C# or React programming, with knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
  • .NET 5/6 experience.
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js framework experience.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL database experience.
