Key Responsibilities- Lead the Operational Sales Team to achieve sales growth and in-store standards across our Retail estate.
- Develop and implement campaigns to drive maximum benefit to good causes and customer operations.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement plans to increase sales and manage operational processes.
- Manage and resolve complaints, escalating them where necessary.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or customer services environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience of using Google suite and MS applications.
- Ability to plan and prioritise multiple activities, manage workflow, and allocate resources effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
