New Home Sales Representative

This dynamic sales role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the product and its construction, relevant market information, competitors, our unique selling points, consumer protection regulations, and using this knowledge in a professional and structured manner.
  • Ensuring Bloor Homes' health and safety policies are adhered to and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear personal protective equipment when entering construction areas.
  • Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, regularly updating and progressing all prospects via weekly analysis forms and CRM system.
  • Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
  • Ensuring all timescales are met by proactively managing contracts and completions to meet or exceed set targets.
  • Building strong working relationships and maintaining regular liaison with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and building society managers and valuers.
  • Regular contact with recommended financial advisors to ensure knowledge of the mortgage market and available products is up to date.
  • Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
  • Ensuring all health and safety aspects related to COVID-19 are addressed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience in sales within the new home building market.
  • Full driving license.
  • Proven sales skills and effective negotiation skills.
  • Able to recognize key buying signals.
  • Positive attitude and target-driven with good self-motivation.
