About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bideford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diary to ensure a perfect mix of sales and service appointments for new and existing customers.
  • Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance.
  • Personalize welcome calls to maximize attendance and show appreciation for the benefit of this towards driving revenue.
  • Play an active role in generating revenue by scheduling appointments with customers and prospects in the shortest lead time possible.
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to offer appropriate promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions.
  • Manage the look and feel of the store in line with Amplifon guidelines and standards.
  • Manage stock levels in the shop to ensure the right amount of products are available.

Requirements:

  • Total customer devotion and a real people champion to ensure the clinic is successful and customer needs are met.
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and previous experience of working on internal databases or appointment booking systems.
  • Sales skills with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to be flexible, agile, and react positively to change.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with other HAAs, CCCs, and Support Office departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision and values.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
