Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at IQVIA. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support practices in providing clinical tools and resources to manage patients with long-term conditions.
  • Ensure clinical services are delivered within established protocols and guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice, PCN, or CCG levels.
  • Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organizations.
Requirements:
  • Registered pharmacist with a strong background in community or primary care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong passion for making a positive impact on patients' long-term health.
