MTrec Ltd Technical is a prominent and well-respected manufacturer, recognized as a leader in its industry. Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dedicated CNC Miller to join our team on a permanent basis.

Position Overview

  • Set up and operate CNC machinery based on engineering specifications.
  • Program CNC machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with machine safety standards.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Oversee production schedules and manage workflow effectively.
  • Monitor product quality and assist in quality control processes.
  • Enhance productivity while minimizing machine downtime.
  • Prepare and present performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the machine shop.
  • Work on a structured shift pattern, including early and late shifts (shift premium included in the salary).
  • Engage in a 4-day work week, operating from Monday to Thursday.
  • Early shift hours are from 06:00 to 15:45, while late shift hours are from 14:00 to 24:00.
Candidate Profile

  • Must possess relevant qualifications and experience as a CNC Miller.
  • Experience with Mazak machinery is preferred.
  • Capable of setting, operating, and programming CNC machines.
  • Strong background in machining with comprehensive knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrates reliability and self-discipline.
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Shows enthusiasm, determination, and a strong work ethic.
  • Apprentice trained with a focus on tool room component manufacturing.
