Maintenance Operations Manager

About the Role
Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team at Bournville. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, including the management of maintenance and repair activities, and the development of strategies to improve equipment reliability and overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage and coordinate the work of area technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular audits to assess equipment condition and performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures and improve overall plant performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) to evaluate equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with a focus on TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, including PM expertise and spare parts management.
