- Monitor and Analyze Key Performance Indicators: Track and analyze KPIs such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) to evaluate equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Strong Operational Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading maintenance operations in a CPG industry setting.
- Financial and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business operations.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance and Manufacturing Equipment: Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices, manufacturing equipment, and PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
