Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team at Bournville. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, including the management of maintenance and repair activities, and the development of strategies to improve equipment reliability and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Conduct regular audits to assess equipment condition and performance, and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and operational issues

Requirements

  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with a focus on maintenance and reliability
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, including PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise and SAP PM module end-user knowledge
