Role Overview:

This position is ideal for an individual who excels in a dynamic office setting, possesses the knack for establishing genuine connections, and is truly passionate about people.

As an Events Sales Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, and various events from the initial inquiry to the event day. You will be adept at understanding clients' visions and translating them into tailored packages that create unforgettable experiences. Your focus will be on both sales and guest satisfaction, ensuring that we achieve competitive rates aligned with our luxury standards.

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar capacity or a proactive sales role within the hospitality or events industry, preferably in a comparable establishment.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships that drive sales and meet revenue objectives while providing outstanding service to clients.

- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

- A collaborative spirit; our sales team may be small, but we thrive on mutual support and camaraderie.

- A quick learner with a proactive mindset, resilient in the face of challenges.

- Proficient IT and administrative skills are essential.

- Familiarity with Hart PMS is advantageous but not mandatory.
