Corporate Event Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
i2i Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Event Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our events sales by actively seeking out new corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Grow Events Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Liaise with Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event requirements, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Research and Manage Suppliers: Research and recommend suppliers and contractors to support event logistics, ensuring high-quality services and competitive pricing.
- Event Logistics and Coordination: Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other event-related services.
- Event Hosting and Execution: Host and execute events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events, including social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on events and services.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the events industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
