About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by handling external supplier and customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely responses.
  • Communication: Make outbound calls to suppliers and customers, ensuring they have relevant information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general office administration, including answering calls, monitoring email inboxes, handling mail, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with sales and accounts teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Administration Experience: Proven experience in administration, with a focus on customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in using Excel and other systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
