About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our business, working closely with the sales and accounts functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by handling external suppliers and customer queries.
  • Communication: Make outbound calls to solve issues and ensure suppliers and customers have any relevant information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer calls, monitor email inboxes, handle mail, and perform general office administration.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with sales and accounts teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong administration experience and be confident in working in a fast-paced role and busy organisation. You should have excellent attention to detail, an inquisitive nature, and fantastic customer service skills. IT literacy is important for this role, as well as confidence using Excel and systems.

What We Offer

As an Administrative Assistant with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will be working with a successful organisation in a people-oriented team. The salary is up to £26,000 per annum, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
