The OpportunityWe're seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a vibrant and fast-paced environment where they can have an opportunity to influence the direction of the department and grow their career.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our team to identify and recruit top tech talent.
- Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the department.
- Engage with clients and candidates, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Actively participate in new business development and client acquisition.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input and expertise.
- Be willing to participate in video content for the company and represent Akoni Technologies in presentations and client calls.
- Travel internationally as required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a 360 tech recruiter, with some experience in tech client acquisition.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends. A basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform is a nice-to-have.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable with presentations and calling.
- Organisation: Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Independence: Comfortable working with minimal supervision after initial onboarding.
