IT Recruitment Consultant

Are you ready to kickstart your career in the fast-paced IT recruitment industry? IT Talent Solutions is seeking a talented Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Reading.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing top IT professionals, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will work closely with our sales team to drive activity and meet individual and team targets.
We offer a competitive base salary of £20,000-£30,000 per year, up to 40% uncapped commission, and a range of fun and financial incentives. You will also have access to our Future Stars Academy Training, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills to excel in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing Talent: Use multiple platforms to search for and identify top IT professionals, write and post compelling job adverts, and screen applications and resumes.
- Conducting Interviews: Conduct telephone and video interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and career goals, and provide feedback, support, and coaching throughout the recruitment process.
- Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, gain a deep understanding of clients' needs, and offer career advice and guidance to candidates.
- Networking and Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential new clients, attend networking events, and build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Sales and Target Setting: Work closely with the sales team to drive activity, track performance metrics, and continually aim to exceed targets.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Liaise between clients and candidates to negotiate job offers, salaries, and contract details, and handle the end-to-end offer process.
