**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and estimating activities in line with our global sales strategy. You will also manage and control equipment sales, spares, and services, as well as provide input to our overall company strategy and operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and control equipment sales, spares, and services
  • Provide input to the overall company strategy and operational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals

**Requirements**

  • Engineering qualification, HNC as a minimum
  • 10+ years of experience in process manufacturing, special purpose machinery, or similar manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales executive role
  • 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably in an engineering environment
  • Extensive technical, commercial sales, and cost estimation experience
  • Extensive client/supplier management experience in a technical/commercial environment
