Senior Estates Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of grounds and estates across various sites of a prominent sports team in Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in senior roles within grounds and estate management, preferably in high-profile sports or stadium environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and overseeing multiple venues or facilities.
  • Strong budget management skills and experience in controlling operational costs.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to grounds and estates.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience working with multi-use venues hosting both sporting and non-sporting events is advantageous.
