The Pricing Strategy Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is precise, competitive, and in line with our organizational objectives.This position is home-based with occasional travel to regional offices.

Key Responsibilities of the Pricing Strategy Manager:

- Support the development of data capturing, cost reduction, and enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure the cost competitiveness of each pricing solution through benchmarking and analytical methods.
- Guarantee that all financial information in proposals is accurate, well-organized, and aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and report on the financial outcomes of completed tenders and proposals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all financial and pricing activities.
- Utilize data to drive change and enhance our service offerings.
- Liaise with subcontractors and the supply chain.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Understanding of how to estimate pricing from diverse data sources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Knowledge of developing cost estimates that consider various factors, including experience with tender writing.
