Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers to secure sales and achieve maximum value for clients
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
