Brown & Merry, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential Lettings team in Aylesbury. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will embark on a 9-12 month development and training program, learning all aspects of residential lettings and progressing into a Lettings Negotiator role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Estate Agent, your main purpose will be to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
