Brown & Merry, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our residential Lettings team in Aylesbury. This entry-level role offers a comprehensive development and training program, leading to ARLA – NFOPP qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
