We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our thriving residential sales team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role

As a Senior Estate Agent, you'll be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our estate agency.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
