Position Overview
As a Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients and customers within a dynamic engineering manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met within the engineering manufacturing sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the mechanical engineering products and services offered.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by addressing their requirements, concerns, and feedback.
  • Oversee order processing, pricing, and quotations in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Department to guarantee a high standard of after-sales support.
  • Engage with various engineering departments to facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Experience in roles such as Sales Administrator, Sales Support Engineer, Key Account Manager, or similar positions.
  • A proven track record in sales within a mechanical engineering context.
  • Strong determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to excel and grow within a reputable engineering manufacturer.
  • A technical qualification, such as being Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or a Degree, is advantageous.
  • A full clean driving license is required.

Compensation Package
£35,000 - £40,000 based on experience
Bonus structure
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company pension
Provision of phone and laptop along with additional benefits.
