As a leading provider of specialist support in the operation, maintenance, and repair of building services, we excel in maintaining technically demanding blue-chip and critical sites within London, the City, and Canary Wharf.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high-end residential environment and will understand the demands required to maintain it to a desired level. They must have a strong technical understanding and a proven track record in the commercial building services environment. A strong understanding of how cooling towers operate will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Organising and managing all planned and reactive maintenance
  2. Managing one multi-skilled engineer
  3. Ensuring health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards
  4. Maintaining cleanliness of plant rooms
  5. Ensuring reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract
  6. Managing minor improvements
  7. Attending client meetings
  8. Managing contractors
  9. Carrying out hands-on PPM & Reactive maintenance

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified professional with a recognised electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HNC C&G) and previous experience of supervising and running a high-end residential building. They will also have knowledge of working with a budget and managing costs, as well as previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
