Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is thrilled to collaborate exclusively with a construction organization.

Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and eager-to-learn Creative Visual Designer to oversee all graphic design requirements for the group while serving as a brand steward. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking independence and diversity in their tasks. It offers a fantastic chance to enhance your skills within a nurturing and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and production of all company brochures, magazines, literature, and promotional materials utilizing InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with graphics and photography
  • Preparation of artwork for both print and digital platforms
  • Prioritization of tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
  • Providing additional support as reasonably required within the organization
  • Designing in-house Point of Sale and exhibition displays
  • Mixed media design encompassing social media, email, web, and sales materials
  • Digital and printed design, including on-site assets
  • Brand management and development
  • Collaboration with the marketing team
  • Management of external resources, including video and photography
  • Adhering to tight deadlines in preparing graphic design work to support marketing strategies

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly the Adobe Suite
  • Fundamental understanding of design principles
  • Experience in brand management and development
