Join the dedicated team at Catch22, working within the Offender Management Unit (OMU) at HMP Thameside, a pioneering service in the sector since 2012. Our unit has received commendations for its exceptional service delivery, highlighting our commitment to excellence.

We are in search of a motivated professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals. In this role, you will contribute to a high-performing Offender Management Service, focusing on the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with sentenced individuals, while encouraging their positive engagement within the custodial environment.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing Case Managers in the effective management of caseloads for both sentenced and remand prisoners. You will ensure that the needs of offenders are assessed and addressed promptly, in line with individual requirements and performance objectives.

  • Proven experience working with high-risk service users.
  • Experience in line management, supervision, and conducting appraisals.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding performance metrics and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences while maintaining confidentiality.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in criminal justice.
  • Experience within a custodial setting.
