Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in running the store, ensuring excellent customer service and store standards are maintained.
- Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
