  • Coordinate with the Transportation team to plan and execute transportation strategies
  • Review customer requirements to ensure accurate and efficient delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and transportation department SOPs
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance appointments to minimize downtime
  • Receive and process customer requests and bookings
  • Plan daily transportation schedules and assign drivers
  • Perform administrative duties to support the logistics team
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth movement of goods and materials
  • Develop and implement new and improved transportation procedures to enhance efficiency and safety

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Transportation team and customers
  • Confidence using MS Excel to manage and analyze data
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
