This is an exciting opportunity to join the Vitality team as a People Operations Manager, responsible for leading the UK People Operations team in delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the People Operations team in providing seamless HR administration services to employees, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of HR queries.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and digitization capabilities to enhance employee servicing journeys.
- Analyze people data to drive data-driven decision making, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
- Manage the relationship with third-party pre-employment checks providers, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc work and projects linked to the People plan deliverables.
- Act as Risk Champion for the People team, supporting with audit requests and completion of certified/SMCR checks.
- Extensive HR administration/HR shared service model experience.
- Experience of people management and leadership.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR systems, including Success Factors.
- Experience of HR process improvement and implementing digital solutions.
- Strong data analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in taking ownership and working on own initiative.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work with people at all levels.
- Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions to process challenges.
